Highly Qualified Professionals Would Move to the Middle East to Find Employment, Recent Report Reveals

The 2010 Hydrogen Global Professionals on the Move Report has analyzed career opportunities for mid-to-senior level professionals who are earning salaries of $125,000 or more and who possess professional qualifications such as post graduate degrees or MBA’s

The aim of the report was largely to assess the motivational factors that drove professionals in their chosen fields in the midst of the current economic climate. The report shows that professionals are still very eager to avail of opportunities to advance their careers by working in another country and the report also wanted to further investigate the reasons why professionals want to move abroad and when they do what  the most favorable locations that they seek employment in are.

The report states that many are now looking to the Middle East as an option as it is now developing a reputation as being a progressive, dynamic region where lot of very highly  successful companies have now set up offices.

Many professionals now feel that a period of time spent in the Middle East would enhance their Curriculum Vitae and would also be viewed as a very positive period of experience that would add significantly to their future career potential. A large number of professionals now see work experience in the Middle East as a method of advancing their careers more quickly and they also feel it adds a certain amount of life experience to their character which will help them to further develop and enhance their entrepreneurial and management skills in the future.
