Dubal (or the Dubai Aluminium Company Ltd) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with a local charitable organization, Beit Al Khair Charity Association, focusing on ways to support UAE national residents.
Owned by the state and ranked as one the leading individual primary aluminium smelter sites in the world, Dubal is dedicated to a recruitment and training for UAE nationals in an effort to boost emiratisation within the industry.
Vice president Khalid Buhumaid, in the Corporate Relations and International Affairs arm, stated that the firm is proud to be moving in this direction and demonstrating their care and concern for the society, Buhumaid, who is the spokesman for Dubal, noted this move is an important way to fulfill the social responsibilities the corporation has in regards to the UAE and its people.
He stated that Dubal is showing their support for this group of residents in order to provide opportunities for their integration and greater productivity within the local economy.
General manager at the Beit Al Khair Society, Abdeen Taher Al Aawadi stated that his organization places a high value in the initiatives Dubal is putting forward, noting that those moves should have a noticeable impact on the services in place within society.
