The state owned Qatari company, Qtel has gone into partnership with flamboyant British businessman Richard Branson and his company Virgin Mobile, which is a part of the overall Virgin group. The tie-in deal means that Branson’s recognisable brand will offer a pre-paid service to users of Qtel’s now established network.
