Broadband speeds in the Middle East increased by 18 per cent from September, 2009 to January, 2010, UK based broadband communications authority Epitiro reported. The authority monitored 21 countries and regions. The improvement was recorded in 16 of them. The improvement included a tendency in connection times and improved reliability.
